We are a family owned and run company with an emphasis on fine detail and ultimate customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves on the fact many of our clients return to us over and over again for other rooms in their homes.

A question we are asked a lot is “Do you have a brochure?” The answer to this is a resounding no!

The reason for this is we don’t have a set range of furniture, the options are endless as everything we make is unique for you.

The overall process from design to installation needs to be a pleasant experience for all parties! It starts with a visit to your home to measure and view samples etc. We listen, we advise and we listen and advise again! We then return to the office, plan a design and draw a floor plan and perspective drawing to scale (by hand!) and return to discuss further with you. There is no hard and fast rule to this process, it may take several visits to see you in your home before a final design is achieved, you need to be totally happy with every aspect before we begin to manufacture for you.

Most of our clients are more than willing to show prospective customers their finished projects, after all, there is no substitute for seeing a completed installation and chatting to a very satisfied client! The likelihood is they probably went through the very same process!

Only then will we ask for a small deposit from you and the balance will become payable at the end of the project after installation and only when you are totally satisfied! We are 100% committed to you and this is why we offer this unique payment structure.
